Standard ACH vendor payouts carry no rail fee. ACH collections are billed at the graduated collection rate; card payments and premium rails (same-day, instant, wire) are billed per transaction. Tiers marked Custom are quoted individually. Card processing is priced separately from ACH. Payment services are provided by Moov Financial, Inc. and its partner banks, subject to verification. Pricing is metered monthly; no long-term contract required to start.
What is included, and what adds to the bill?
Does included ACH mean collections are free?
No. Standard ACH vendor payouts have no extra rail fee. ACH collections carry the graduated collection rate above. Premium rails, cards and returns have separate fees. Your total includes the base subscription and the people or collections you use.
How does this compare with per-user pricing?
Compare your active payees and collection volume with another plan's seats and transaction fees. The cheapest option depends on your month, not just the base price.
