Pure//Pay started with a simple observation: small U.S. businesses and the accounting firms that serve them spend far too much time shuttling bills between accounting software, spreadsheets, bank portals, and email threads — and still can't answer "did that vendor get paid?" with confidence.

So we built the workflow we wanted: bills flow in from the systems you already run, approvals are enforced by policy rather than by memory, vendors onboard their own bank details through a secure portal, ACH payments go out with a full audit trail, and everything reconciles back to the books automatically.
